Honor the pace God has given each person...
Think how slowly you learn a lesson while managing your emotions/reactions (or don't). Now think about having to learn a hundred new things all at once and manage new emotions and read how the people around you are reacting to your choices to know if they are the right ones AND not understand which part was the wrong thing. Be kind. Be gentle and long-suffering with your patience. 3 years, 6 years, 13 years....that is a drop in the bucket compared to how many years of practice you have had.

We are, after all, told to be like little children so why would we keep them from the one thing that will serve them best in life?
