Please note that all items ship from Valdosta, Georgia, United States. Shipping times and prices have increased due to a global increase in postage prices and shipping delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated according to size, weight, destination, and packaging materials. On the rare occasion that the calculation is inaccurate (as package shipping costs often change without notice), I may need to contact you via email to arrange additional payment.

Prices for this shipping category are calculated individually and included in your final invoice. If you would like a shipping quote before purchasing, please email bvstudiodesigns@gmail.com. Please note, I am not responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with shipping to your country.

 
RESPONSIBILITY OF CORRECT ADDRESS

Your package is triple-checked to make sure that it has the correct address and labelling that you supplied.  Please know that I can’t be responsible for parcels that are lost or unattainable due to an incorrectly supplied address or postal company error.  

REFUNDS & DISPUTES

I do due diligence to make sure that your order arrives safely.  If, on the rare occasion, you experience difficulties or see there is an error relating to your order, please know I will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible if it lies within my power to do so. Disputes must be supplied in writing to bvstudiodesigns@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery receipt. Refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be requested at bvstudiodesigns@gmail.com within 10 calendar days of purchase unless item has already shipped or been delivered. Due to the nature of the materials used, I cannot issue refunds after construction has begun. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of BV Rucki. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made to the method used at the time of purchase. The customer assumes all liability and responsibility at the time of purchase.
